As we move into the fall and winter season and reflect back on the year so far – it resembles no year in recent human history. Have you struggled with the enforced changes due to the coronavirus; financial instability, political unrest, loss of loved ones and hoped that, by focusing on the future, things will get better? Have you wondered how best to make a difference in this challenging time? The Pathwork lectures are a treasure trove of wisdom on how to mature emotionally and spiritually in order to live our lives fully.
The Ottawa Pathwork community is offering a series of free lecture discussions focused on how to make the world a better place through our own development and outer actions. Over the next eight months a series of six lectures will be presented in 90-minute Zoom sessions. These sessions will be led by long-time Pathworkers and will delve into the guidance the lectures provide on nearly every aspect of being human. The sessions will explore the lectures in relation to our topic of constructive change through teachings, discussion and self-reflection.
